My handcrafted limited edition platinum prints are available in two formats.
As this is a manual process with many variables, no two prints will be exactly the same
- Prints 1 of 5 to 5 of 5 on 8x10 paper + 2 artist's prints
- Prints 1 of 3 to 3 of 3 on 20x24 paper + 2 artist's prints
This takes time to be done, please be patient :)
In the series “Versailles - Elegy and Solace” I take a very personal and subjective approach to my hometown at a time when my aging parents were declining sharply. While often back to Versailles in that period to tend to these matters, I found consolation and solace in the Palace gardens I had known so well. Embedding again old and alternative photographic platinum printing processes lends a unique poetic vision to the place that transcends time.
